Bad To The Bone Bar-BQ is cooked the old-fashioned way--slow
and with wood smoke.  Our briskets and pork butts smoke overnight
 for 14 hours.  Our ribs and chickens smoke for over 6 hours. 
We paint our ribs and chicken with our home-made BBQ Sauce
during the cooking process giving them a rich, sweet, caramelized
BBQ flavor.  Top it off with our homemade sides and you will
